Almost all children who received gifts from the Union of Samaritans of Ukraine suffered from military aggression and were witnesses of Russian war crimes. Often these are children with a disturbed psycho-emotional state, and that is why it is so extremely important that they were able to receive these wonderful gifts. They were able to be a little happy about such necessary things, to enjoy delicious sweets and cookies, because many of them live in unsatisfactory housing conditions, with little financial assistance from the state.

For many low-income families who do not have the opportunity to provide their children with school supplies, the parcels with office supplies were a great help, because they not only brought joy to the children, but also helped them significantly in their studies.

For vulnerable categories of the population, gifts from the Union of Samaritans of Ukraine have become an important help, because many do not have the financial opportunity to purchase such necessary items, school supplies, sweets. These gifts brought incredible joy to the little ones, a feeling of a holiday, a fabulous miracle, necessity, someone’s care and love. After all, it is so important when in children’s eyes there are not tears and pain, but rays of happiness, joy, hope and faith. It is the happy children’s eyes that inspire us to further fight against evil and injustice, it is this joy in the eyes that prevents us from giving up and despairing. As long as there are good hearts on earth, good will surely win over pain and grief.

We sincerely want to thank the Union of Samaritans of Ukraine for a reliable shoulder of help that is always there, for essential support in such difficult times for all of us. Your friendship, which is so important, inspires us to continue working with children, gives us the impetus to go forward, work for the revival of our country and the fight against the aggressor. Thank you very much for your friendship and support! We wish you God’s help and protection in all your endeavors and good deeds.
