I fully agree with Ms. Viktoria Nazarenko that social rehabilitation is sometimes more important than all other types of rehabilitation services.
It is a pity that recently this has not only been forgotten, but also tried to reduce its importance.
It is very encouraging that public organizations and public activists understand this and make it possible for people with disabilities to receive not only treatment, but also integrate into the community and be its full members.
